Rock-Ola Models 1422-6-8 conversion fiber worm gear(60 HZ-USA)

This gear is needed if your jukebox is converted to 45 RPM and you wish to convert it back to 78 RPM.  Remove both 45 RPM gears and install this one, the worm gear for 78 will be under the 45 rpm gear.  Same if you have a 50 HTZ you want to convert back to factory 78 rpm 60 htz.

NOTE: It only takes this one gear to convert from 45RPM.
