These lenses are located on both sides of the title board radar dish.  They are cast with the correct support shape and recess for the screw head, without this the screw will not clear.  It is important these are in place and good sturdy shape, as they hold the fluorescent lamp ends.  These are cast parts and may have a bubble in them ,this will not effect function, they are clear and have proper H channel profile for correct strength.

These combined with two T5 holders make the lamp holder. It takes a 12 inch T5 bulb part 86-4232.
