Victory LLC will provide an exchange or refund if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. Items must be returned in the condition received with all original packaging and within 30 days of receiving your order to qualify for a full refund of the product price or exchange of the product.

Returned items for a refund must arrive in resalable state. If damage occurs on return shipping, Victory LLC is not responsible for refunding the item. Any item that is installed and used we cannot refund and resell. Some items require additional repackaging, cleaning, and testing, and will incur a %15 percent restocking fee. If we feel this is the case, we will reach out once the item is received and inspected.

Any order delivered to a show or picked up in person is considered to be received at that time. And transport damage that occurs after it has exchanged hands is not the responsibility of Victory LLC.

All shipping fees are non-refundable. No returns accepted after 30 days of receiving your order. Please note, Victory LLC does not offer exchanges or refunds for special order items or for any software purchased.

Please contact Victory LLC before shipping any product back to us. Returns will not be accepted without prior approval. Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is the responsibility of the purchaser and is non-refundable.
