Seeburg 3WA Button Lightup Plastic that goes behind the buttons.  This is just the plastic and requires you to transfer the metal light reflector/ bulb holders to this.

To help see the part we also included a picture of it on a dark surface, this is a clear piece once the film is peeled off both sides.
