Refunds & Returns
Victory LLC will provide an exchange or refund if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. Items must be returned in the condition received with all original packaging and within 30 days of receiving your order to qualify for a full refund of the product price or exchange of the product. Cut at time of sale items are not eligible for return or refund, this includes but not limited to wire, gasket material, and partial plastic sheeting.
Returned items for a refund must arrive in resalable state. If damage occurs on return shipping, Victory LLC is not responsible for refunding the item. Any item that is installed and used we cannot refund and resell. Some items require additional repackaging, cleaning, and testing, and will incur a %15 percent restocking fee. The only exception is a full jukebox, see that below. If we feel this is the case, we will reach out once the item is received and inspected.
Any order delivered to a show or picked up in person is considered to be received at that time. And transport damage that occurs after it has exchanged hands is not the responsibility of Victory LLC.
All shipping fees are non-refundable. No returns accepted after 30 days of receiving your order. Please note, Victory LLC does not offer exchanges or refunds for special order items or for any software purchased.
Jukebox return policy. Jukeboxes require more handling to ship, evaluate, and bring back than your standard items. Every return needs a through evaluation prior to being put back up for sale, a new jukebox will loose value and can only be sold as open items. Therefore we need to charge a higher restocking fee for any jukebox return. A jukebox return will have up to %20 restocking fee on top of the following. Shipping both directions are non refundable. In some sales Victory Glass will include part of the shipping cost to the customer. When returned the full shipping amount to the customer is the responsibility of the customer and non refundable even if included in the sale, we will not refund this amount. Once received back we may choose to evaluate the jukebox prior to refunding the full refund amount.
Please contact Victory LLC before shipping any product back to us. Returns will not be accepted without prior approval. Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is the responsibility of the purchaser and is non-refundable.
Warranty Products. Some of our electronic products carry a warranty. This period starts from sale date and is length is listed in the product listing. If there is a need for repair or return we need to be contacted first and will troubleshoot the issue over the phone. We will determine if all or part of the product needs to be returned to us or an agent. Shipping the returned part is the responsibility of the customer. We will repair or replace the item after we receive it, advanced replacement may only be available on some items with purchase of the item and refund once the defective unit is received and determined to not be customer error. If we determine it is not defective but from being installed incorrectly we will offer repair for a reasonable parts cost and return shipping.
