Pilaster set for the Gazelle and gazelle style reproduction jukeboxes by Antique Apparatus / Rock-Ola. These are often themed jukeboxes with flat printed plastic on the tap arch, look for the longer pilaster that’s about 26 inches length total (varies and will need to be trimmed down to fit perfectly). Does not fit the first generation boxes made by AACO, but the most common made under the AACO name and Rock-Ola name.
These are sold in a pair only using original tooling used to make them originally for Antique Apparatus / Rock-Ola. There are three different versions of this box and this will fit the middle ones. The profile of these are the same as the 1015 jukebox or reproduction but are about 4 inches longer and the bubble tube windows are not full length.

IF your pilasters are around 22 inches then you need standard 1015 “white” pilasters 09-1503.
IF your pilasters have more of a curved profile like an original Wurlitzer 950, you have the first generation of these boxes, and we do not have those available at this time. For reference they look like these 13-1641.
