Replacement sign for Bubble Signs sold by Victory glass since 2022.  These signs use a incandescent bulb for heat to make the sign bubble, this is not a candelabra base but a E14 14mm base.  In our stock the base (metal part) varies a bit.  you will receive one either like pictured or slightly taller metal base, both work and look the same.  You must use an incandescent bulb for the heat for the sign to work.
