Many golden age jukeboxes and accessory speakers have a variety of small bulbs to make them illuminate and look cool as intended.  A common issue is the heat can damage the plastic and wood over time.  Some people put larger bulbs in that can damage the plastic glass and wood.  Some reproduction units have done a worse job to protect against heat.   It is highly recommended to protect your investment to change out some or all the bulbs to LED, with an added advantage of lower energy consumption.  Used in original 39A speakers top and bottom.

These are the size of the larger glass Christmas bulbs C9.  Some light up speakers and older jukeboxes use these for light up plastics.  the width of the screw base is just under 17mm or size E17 intermediate (c9 bulb size).  .6Watt, 120 Volt AC
