1/4 turn fasteners that fit into a rectangle hole on the Rock-Ola Bubblers and Antique Apparatus Jukeboxes.

These are often brittle or broke due to someone trying to pry them up.  Simply turn them a quarter turn and then the panel should release.

Note these are shipped as in the gallery picture, you can install and tap lightly on the end to drive it in.
