This bracket was used on the Wurlitzer 1015 to keep curved bubble tubes from creeping out of heater sockets.  You will also need a p-clip and bolt on the tube for these to rest against to keep the tubes in place.  These are originals that have been cleaned up and some have been replated, sold in as is finish.
