They design has varied over the years, but they generally feature a sleek and compact design with an attractive front panel. Some even offered a “wireless” communication method. They have a coin mechanism for accepting payment, allowing uses to remotely select songs from a connected jukebox. The Wurlitzer Wallboxes are compatible with a wide range of Wurlitzer jukebox models. Most Wurlitzers required steppers or other electronics to be optionally added to receive the signal from the wallbox.
