The AMI Continental 2 is a collectible jukebox that was produced by Automatic Musical Instruments (AMI) in 1962. It has a sleek modern design with a glass front panel and colorful lighting effects. Known for its iconic radar dish title board and vibrant red.  It was offered with many options, most notability 200 and 100 select played both sides of a record.  First AMI to have in cabinet stereo speakers.  The stereo amp was an option for this.

Designed to be used in public places, the AMI Continental 2 features a coin mechanism that accepts nickels, dimes, and quarters. This model also allows the user to equip it with a remote control that allows the user to select songs and adjust the volume from a distance.  Another popular option to be ordered with it or added later was auto speed select.  These parts are heavily cherished by collectors.

There is one prototype Continental 2 Lyric machines known to exist, but the rest of the 100 select continental 2 also feature the radar dish title board.

Overall, the AMI Continental 2 jukebox is a highly collectible jukebox, many prefer its colors and extra speakers to the predecessor the Continental 1.  One of the top collectible jukeboxes from AMI.
